Many questions have been asked regarding Smart Media Technologies turning on the PPC & PPI advertising income stream. As per a company update to all paid members we will cover the main points for you here.
When the PPC & PPI advertising income stream is turned back on all free advertising for advertisers will finish. This was put in place to introduce advertisers to our Home Page Pays system and offer advertisers a special introduction deal.
It just so happens that Smart Media Technologies also wanted to offer this as a solid deal and not a fast one week or month run.

The decision has been made to activate the PPC/PPI income streams at the HIGHEST security setting with the release of Home Page Pays 2.0
PPC/PPI Security
- In order to allow you all to benefit now from the PPC/PPI income streams before the security programming is completed, the system will be turned on at the HIGHEST security level. This means that you will be able to see the PPC/PPI system working and earn an income from it and the advertisers will be paying for impressions and clicks.
- In order to protect our advertisers, you (our Reps) will not be earning as much income from it as you will be when the programming has been finished and the security level can be lowered to the correct settings. The highest security settings means the system is much more sensitive to impressions and clicks and not all of them will register.
- The major benefit of this is that you can all clearly see the PPC/PPI system turned on and working with Home Page Pays 2.0 and this will also provide the advertisers with better security protection that they have requested. At that time, Smart Media will continue to work on its security system while allowing you to make money on all your free members and stopping stop those who wish to scam the system with automated click software that pretends it is a legitimate member.
Smart Media is also going well beyond Pay Per Click.
There are other powerful methods that Smart Media is giving to its members that will enable you to earn money from free members automatically. In the future, these other methods will prove to be just as powerful as Pay Per Click income and Smart Media will be the only company in the world that can give them to you.
Income stream from the sale of Virtual Goods

This is affiliate income on the sale of virtual goods from your HPP system.
Smart Media will pay out 50% on the sale of virtual goods.
- Level 1 – 40%.As a Rep., you earn 40% on all virtual goods sold from your HPP system
- Remember, these are virtual goods purchased by any of your free members, whether you have personally referred them or whether they have rolled up to you
- Level 2 – 10%. As the sponsor of a Rep. earning on level 1, you earn 10%
On its own, this can be an extraordinary income for you when you build up your free member database and your Rep network.

Smart Media first launched its fully active and operational Pay Per Click and Pay Per Impression system in early 2011 within the Smart Media Desktop software.

The Challenge:
We have already proven throughout 2011 that our programming and security team can do things that others can’t. However, Smart Media’s challenge was that it needed to completely re-write its security system for the web-based Home Page Pays system.
On the web it is usually not considered possible to program as much anti-fraud security as you can with a software application. So, should we have opened our already tested and proven PPC/PPI system for Home Page Pays and let our advertisers drown in a sea of fraud? Of course not! Smart Media has already completed the most innovative security system plan for Home Page Pays that is superior to what the security system of the Smart Media Desktop ever was, and a good percentage of this superior system has already been programmed!
This new version of the Pay Per Click system will provide better security for all paid members and advertisers and it will also provide additional usability enhancements for members and advertisers. David Martin, made the hard decision and smartest decision for all members and for the betterment of the company, to first concentrate entirely on the free member program and build a quality program for members to really enjoy themselves and then work to increase the security for the company, its advertisers and you, our valued members.
Remember, Smart Media is a Technology Company that has a network marketing arm, rather than a Network Marketing company with a technology product. There is a HUGE difference. Smart Media has been built with the long-term future in mind and a vision to be a Fortune 500 company. Apple does not announce way in advance, the specific date of a product release. They just come out and release it to the marketplace. That’s what we are talking about here – the same principal.
